Fluoride - a difficult topic

There are few more troublesome topics then the question of bad things being deliberately added to our food and water. The question of Fluoride was perhaps my own single biggest no-no which for a long time prevented me from seeing and understanding the bigger picture. I just didn't want to accept the fact. The idea was too crazy to understand and fathom.

Regrettably, it wouldn't be fair to someone who is just now starting out and finding answers, to hold back vital information on one of the most important truths to our health and well being.

You know the old saying: You are what you eat? Well, it turns out it's true. If you eat and drink things that is not good for you then it's likely that you'll get ill. That's the underlining truth.

The prevailing idea is that small quantities of fluoride are good for your teeth, and this might very well be the case, I'm not arguing against it. What I'm more concerned about is what fluoride does to your brain and body. But to add weight to the underlining difficulty to just accepting that there exists a problem with fluoridation, because there's a lot of disinformation on this subject. First I want to state that I'm not a doctor, but now I'm pointing to those who are. Read and watch a video interview with Dr. Joseph Mercola and Dr. Paul Connett, or read a scientific article on The Effect of Fluoride on the Physiology of the Pineal Gland by Jennifer Anne Luke 2007, article by Donald W. Miller, MD or an article by Consumer health of Canada. (Read more, and even more)

It does seems that at least some in the scientific community openly states that there are problems with Fluoride, but why then is it still added everywhere to our water supplies and toothpaste?

First lets find out what Fluoride is:
Fluorine is a halogen, like chlorine and iodine. It is the smallest and most reactive element in the halogen family (elements with 7 electrons in their outer shell). Fluorine exists in nature attached to other elements as the negatively charged ion fluoride, most notably to hydrogen, calcium, sodium, aluminum, sulfur, and silicon. Sodium fluoride, a by-product of aluminum smelting, initially was used to fluoridate water. Silicofluorides (fluoride combined with silicon), wastes of phosphate fertilizer production, are now used almost exclusively for fluoridation. Fluorine is also present in compounds called organofluorines, where fluorine atoms (not fluoride anions) are tightly bound to carbon. Teflon (poly-tetra-fluoro-ethylene), Gore-Tex, and many drugs, Prozac (fluoxetine), Cipro (ciprofloxacin), and Baycol (cerivastatin) among them, are organofluorines. [source]
Most skeptics just argues that Fluoride exists naturally in nature, and indeed it does. But this fact simply doesn't explain why in the world you should drink, bath or brush your teeth with it since it's regarded as a poison. Any positive effect is vastly diminished when confronted with the negative effects from fluoride.
Fluoride disrupts enzymes (by altering their hydrogen bonds) and prevents them from doing their job of making proteins, collagen in particular, the structural protein for bone and teeth, ligaments, tendons, and muscles. It damages DNA repair enzymes and inhibits the enzyme acetylcholinesterase in the brain, which is involved in transmitting signals along nerve cells. All cells in the body depend on enzymes. [source]
But why do they consistently tell you to use it?

The main answer is social and spiritual control of the population. Both Hitler and Stalin used fluoride as a way to control population since it made people docile and more pron to accept what they were told. For instance it has been used as a tranquilizer in prison camps. [source] [read more 1, 2, 3]

The idea of subjugating and controlling populations by medicines and toxins didn't stop with the end of WWII. It's still very much a reality, no matter how much we don't want to believe it.

To clarify: I'm not saying that your local government or dentist is trying to harm you, most people and physicians haven't a clue and are just following official recommendations or some just don't want to believe what's happening. However I am saying that the crazy people at the top of the global power hierarchy are. To learn more about this subject, just follow our website.

Negative spiritual consequences from fluoride

Fluoride is causing calcification of the Pineal Gland, the gland which René Descartes referred to as "The seat of the soul." This gland is located at the "Third Eye" or the "Brow Chakra". (Read more)

Depending on your personal viewpoint and what you already believe about your inner spiritual nature, the consequences from calcification of the Pineal Gland means, that the essential connection where the "spiritual experience" connects with your brain is being damaged.
In other words: If you keep using fluoride, you will understand and grasp less and less of the real spiritual world.

Other side effects from a damaged pineal gland is that you might also feel more isolated and disconnected from the rest of the world, since your main source for spiritual connection towards other people and nature are being severely restricted by calcification caused by fluoride.

The Eye of RA compared to a cross section of the brain (pineal gland).

What about teeth then

The question is not whether fluoride can strengthen your teeth or not. The argument that "teeth" might benefit from fluoride could just as easy be a comparison to other products or substances that are known to produce excellent oral hygiene. Just think about it. Why not use something else that doesn't hurt you? There are numerous of alternatives you can find at your local health store or you could just as easily make your own toothpaste. My personal favorite is a salt based toothpaste with taste of peppermint.
And there are other examples:
Researchers at Tulane University have found that an extract from the cocoa bean, which are used to make chocolate and chocolate flavored products, can indeed be more effective than the fluoride additive. This extract, theobromine, can harden tooth enamel and make it less permeable. Chocolate contains 0.5-2.7% theobromine. [source]
So if your kids are not happy with salt, then why not let them brush their teeth with cocoa tasting jummy stuff then? But seriously, there are alternatives. Just have a look.

More vital research

This documentary is highly recommended. And of course, if you haven't got enough yet there are plenty more films about this deception.

Merge past with present

We can't hope to live good lives if we don't understand where we all come from. If we only live in the present we miss out on so much wisdom and knowledge that we need today, so we can live full and happy lifes.

If we should regard the old world with the all the old knowledge as something that is no longer with us and alive, we only draw misery and misfortune upon us all. We shouldn't think of traditions and heritage as something coming from a distant past which is no longer relevant to us. We always live side by side with the old and the new. We have been wrongfully told that which is old can be disregarded because it's no longer active or powerful.
It's never a good idea to ignore or to try and erase our own history and heritage without really thinking about what's being done, and to take into consideration the whole nature around it.
We're all part of everything around us. And we wouldn't prosper if we feed upon ourselves. That would be called Cancer.

We can learn much by listening to wisdom coming from older cultures. To start with, we should try our hardest to remember everything they have to tell us about how not accidentally or intentionally end up killing ourselfs..

These are the Kogi that lives in the Sierra Nevada de Santa Marta in Colombia. Their civilization has continued since the Pre-Columbian era.

ACTA - Don't be deceived

Kader Arif, rapporteur for ACTA in the European Parliament quit his role as rapporteur saying:
”I want to denounce in the strongest possible manner the entire process that led to the signature of this agreement: no inclusion of civil society organizations, a lack of transparency from the start of the negotiations, repeated postponing of the signature of the text without an explanation being ever given, exclusion of the EU Parliament's demands that were expressed on several occasions in our assembly.”
“As rapporteur of this text, I have faced never-before-seen manoeuvres from the right wing of this Parliament to impose a rushed calendar before public opinion could be alerted, thus depriving the Parliament of its right to expression and of the tools at its disposal to convey citizens' legitimate demands.”
“Everyone knows the ACTA agreement is problematic, whether it is its impact on civil liberties, the way it makes Internet access providers liable, its consequences on generic drugs manufacturing, or how little protection it gives to our geographical indications.”
“This agreement might have major consequences on citizens' lives, and still, everything is being done to prevent the European Parliament from having its say in this matter. That is why today, as I release this report for which I was in charge, I want to send a strong signal and alert the public opinion about this unacceptable situation. I will not take part in this masquerade.”[source]
What could possible be so important that it deems necessary to ignore and prevent the European Parliament and the people from seeing what's in the ACTA agreement?

We have no insight to what is currently being agreed upon by bureaucrats in secret board meetings. We only know that they are acting in the exact manner as a police state where people have absolutely no say besides obeying the regime.
Ones this so called agreement is ratified it will be almost impossible to get rid of it. It goes above national law. Let your protest be heard and share what's happening with your friends.

Be alert, don't worry

Image Earth Mother by Angie Babby
There is no need to be afraid.
Really no need at all.
The earth has gone through changes before,
the last big Change were a mere 4,5 billion years ago.
Since then, not much of importance has happened.

Mother Earth has gotten so many children,
she is rich and knows how to keep her offspring alive.

She teaches like a good mother does.
Lets them run and fall and learn lessons on their own.
Then she dreams with them during the night,
sings for them during sleep.

There is no need to be afraid.
Really no need at all.
Be alert, don't worry,
learn, and grow up good.

Fear can crush us all

If you fear them, they will win. Whoever they might be, they will win if you fear them.

Everyone who have trained in martial arts knows that if you get your opponent to fear you, most if not all of the fight is already over. You can not fight well if you fear your opponent. Fear acts as a blindness in your mind and it effectively crushes your will and makes resistance almost impossible.

In every country around the world people are giving in to their own fear. We look at our neighbors and even friends with suspicion and hostility. We are getting afraid, and most of us don't even know why or of what!

Most low-level government and law enforcement are definitely not out to get anyone. They want to help but most of them haven't got a clue on how to do it on their own, so they follow order. And most of the people at the top of the power hierarchy are not good guys. So you have your good guy at the bottom trying his or her best to carry out the orders coming from the bad guys at the top. And who do we end up distrusting and fearing? Naturally it's the good guy who doesn't know better, and eventually beats you down with a stick - just following orders. Now, don't get me wrong. All of the police are not good, but all are not bad either. That's the truth. It comes down to personal courage and grits on how it's going to be. Everyone has to decide on their own.

Today it's being announced through Swedish television that is now becoming lawful to use teargas to disperse large crowds. Just like they do right now against the Occupy Wall street protesters in most countries.
Now, I want you to listen very carefully to what I'm about to say: Our own police don't want this law.

Our own police don't want this law and feel it's doing more harm then good. And if our own police don't want it, then who does? I've already told you before, it's the bad guys at the top of the power hierarchy.
These are not laws that will help and protect anyone. These are laws that are meant to put fear into you. Making you feel like the world is dangerous and that you need protection, and eventually make you beg for more "protection" because you feel so afraid. Don't you feel fearful when you see the pictures where police attack protesters with teargas? That's exactly what these laws are there for. These are not violent protesters, these are everyday people doing what they can to protest against bank bailouts, psychopathic elites (the 1%) who think everyone else are cattle.

If you think crushing protesters are a good way to keep the peace and uphold the law, then I am not talking to you. But I'm talking to everyone else who see the insanity in having police crush lawful protesting with the use of force. This is the trademarks and fear tactics of a police state, not a democracy where citizens have the right to speak out against what they think is wrong.

Your government is not there to decide what you should think or do. The government is not even there to rule you or anyone else. The government is there to represent the people which have elected them into office, and that's you and me. If your government starts to use force to crush opponents then they are no longer representatives of the people, they have become nothing more then fascists.

Don't give into fear so you don't see what is happening around you. Slowly your rights are being taken away, one by one and it's all being done under the pretext that it will protect us. Well, do you feel protected? Do you feel safer? Of course you don't, but rather then standing there and let history repeat itself - get of your chair and do something about it. Use your rights as a human being and protest. Because if you don't protest now, you might soon not be able to do it anymore. Because the rights to disagree and protest have become unlawful.

Understanding different alternatives

One of the necessities for a different world is for us all to start thinking differently and open up to alternate paths and ideas. But you've get mad trying to find something positive if you only search through mainstream media. It's sad but media today are nothing else then state sponsored propaganda, with a very few exceptions. If you expect to find your ideas through TV, you will only get disappointed and you might also start to believe that there is no solution other than giving in and to try and turn off hope for a better tomorrow. (If you can't think, try turning of your TV!)

But rather then doing something stupid, instead search elsewhere for different ideas. Below is a trailer for a documentary I've recently watched and liked very much. It's called "Thrive". I liked it because it doesn't just show you the problem, but it also tries to point towards solutions and new ideas which have been hidden from public view. It's very important to understand that there already exists mind blowing inventions and innovations in fields like different energy sources or health and medicine, but you don't get to hear about them because they don't want you to know! By keeping everyone in the dark, they can continue to push their secret agenda and the unknowing masses continues to accept what is happening because they just don't know what else to do! Knowledge is power.

This documentary goes through great lengths speaking of alternative energy sources, different ways to build communities, changes to government and more. Check it out.

Evolution into a fascist state

A lot has happened since 2007 when Naomi Wolf wrote the book called The End of America. A book which outlined common steps that open societies might take while adopting and slowly turning into fascist states. Today we can look back on what has happened during the last few years and compare what is happening in America today with what is being said during the lecture in the video below. (This lecture was filmed four years ago.)

My question is blunt and to the point, do you see the signs?

Re-inventing old values

The future can feel like an ominous and dangerous place. Right now the world feels uncertain and we're collectively holding our breaths. There's a underlining question shared by those who dares to think, wondering: What's going to happen?

But it could all be very nice. What worries us the most are our thoughts and suspicions of what might come. But those are just ideas and as such they are not true. The future is not here yet.

It's a beautiful world we live in. We have all this incredible nature around us and what we think we need beside what we got, we can build. If we want to we could build all the wonderful things that we didn't even knew we needed.. And truthfully, most of it we don't need. But besides that which is a whole discussion in it self, we could all live healthy, rich, fulfilling, wise and spiritual lives. If we wanted to.

There's a misconception that we cant all live rich fulfilling lives, instead only some of us can live as kings and queens while the rest must crawl around in trash. This is an manufactured truth. Look around you, does nature look like it cant sustain us all and still be healthy and strong? Naturally it can't provide for us all if we let a few elites treat the world as their private mining facility while the rest of us does our best to look the other way. And then we all loose in the end.
The world is a sacred place where everything exist in harmony. What prevents us from seeing this is because we have adopted bad ideas and stupid practices. Instead of listening so much to what we're being told, let us think for ourself and discuss alternate paths and ideas. Which is mostly just a question of re-inventing old values.

This is a video which in its own way portrays what I've just discussed. It's meant as food for thoughts.

Do you believe media is telling you the truth?

How do you get information? From newspapers, radio, TV, Internet perhaps. We all joke that mainstream media is bought and sold and that TV is mostly delivering state sponsored corporate propaganda.

Well, isn't it? This is how media stonewalls libertarian Ron Paul through the elections in America. And ask yourself, are they doing this to someone else?

The idea that we democratically elect officials into office are the foundation for democracy in most countries. But this is simply not the case and perhaps never has been. But it's only out of the information being spread on the Internet that we can find out what's really going on.

Right now a nuclear bomb is being built which is designed to kill the Internet as we know it. It's called ACTA.
The demise of SOPA and PIPA, as temporary as it may be,  means attention is now turning to ACTA (the Anti-Counterfeiting Trade Agreement).  ACTA is a trade agreement that has already been signed by the United States and is even worse than SOP/PIPA.  Trade Agreements do not require the same type of scrutiny that bills and laws do so ACTA was able to squeak by unnoticed. Australia, Canada, the European Union, Japan, the Republic of Korea, Mexico, Morocco, New Zealand, Singapore, Switzerland and the United States are all signatories, but pressure is already being applied to other countries to join. The EU has not yet signed ACTA but has to do so before May 2013. [source]
Protest are slowly coming but most people simply doesn't know what is happening. The international agreement is secretly being ratified and implemented around the world, and the people we've elected out of the information we've gathered from the mainstream media (as described in the video above), doesn't even want to tell you what is happening. We can not let them destroy the Internet. Help and protest!

Tatanka Ohitika

It's very inspiring to listen to a speech when it's spoken from the heart in a nice straightforward way. I have never met Tom Lablanc (Tatanka Ohitika) but I enjoyed listening to him speak. This is recorded in 2010 in Norway.

Farmers vs. Monsanto

When I think of unethical and unmoral business, the name that comes to mind is often Monsanto. Right now the farmers of America are filing a big lawsuit against Monsanto and GMOs. I wish them all the luck in the world.
On January 31, family farmers will take part in the first phase of a court case filed to protect farmers from genetic trespass by Monsanto’s GMO seed, which contaminates organic and non-GMO farmer’s crops and opens them up to abusive lawsuits. In the past two decades, Monsanto’s seed monopoly has grown so powerful that they control the genetics of nearly 90% of five major commodity crops including corn, soybeans, cotton, canola and sugar beets.

In many cases farmers are forced to stop growing certain organic and conventional crops to avoid genetic contamination and potential lawsuits. Between 1997 and 2010, Monsanto admits to filing 144 lawsuits against America’s family farmers, while settling another 700 out of court for undisclosed amounts. Due to these aggressive lawsuits, Monsanto has created an atmosphere of fear in rural America and driven dozens of farmers into bankruptcy.

Farmers need your voice today. Please spread the word today. Click here: http://action.fooddemocracynow.org/sign/farmersvs_monsanto/
If you wish to know more about Monsanto and have the stomach for it, you can check out our Reasons page. Down the middle is a French documentary (in English) you might want to watch.

State of the Union

The president of the United States held his annual "state of the union address" the other day. This is perhaps not the most interesting thing to pay attention to if you live outside the USA but since the United States is acting like an aggressive terrier with a serious megalomaniac issue, it is wise to pay some attention. The talk outlines the official state of the nation and the official goals of the presidency. Naturally the address didn't mention that the so called war on terror continues by the use of mercenaries and private contractors, unmanned military drones and of course the newly implemented and infamous NDAA bill just to mention a few things conveniently left out.

I ask myself where to go and what to do? Drumming for the Earth holds and promotes monthly ceremonies, but there are more great things we can do. Just recently, on Jan 18th, as you know a world protest were held protesting the SOPA bill. The support were outstanding, and the online protest effectively killed this particularly bill. So don't think we cant change things! But (there's always a but), right now we are facing an even bigger threat called ACTA (see video below)
ACTA is an international trade agreement currently being negotiated by the European Union, the United States, Japan, Canada, South Korea, Australia as well as a few other countries, whose aim is to enforce copyright and tackle counterfeited goods (hence its acronym: Anti-Counterfeiting Trade Agreement).
The main problem with this treaty is that all the negotiations are done secretly. Leaked documents show that one of the major goal of the treaty is to force signatory countries into implementing anti file-sharing policies under the form of three-strikes schemes and net filtering practices. [source]

Perhaps this might turn out to be an even bigger challenge then SOPA. But a good first step is to educate yourself and raise awareness to this threat with others. As Sun Tzu said in The art of War, "If ignorant both of your enemy and yourself, you are certain to be in peril."

Remembering Rachel Corrie

Rachel Corrie was a peace activist demonstrating against the occupation of Palestine. She died when a Israeli bulldozer run over her while she acted as human shield trying to prevent the demolishing of a Palestinian home.

Building blocks

Slowly putting things together on this website. Trying to listen to find out what needs to be said and how. It's sometimes hard at first when embarking on a new journey. Exciting yes, and also we feel it's doing good. You know it because it says so inside the heart.

The first steps are naturally a bit wobbly, but inevitably you learn to walk in the end.
And we all go together.

We dug up this beautiful clip originally from the movie The Great Dictator by Charlie Chaplin while making the Reasons-pageIt's very inspiring so we will include it here to.
