Staying Centered

In the midst of all things we need to remain focused on the earth and maintaining balance within and outside ourselves. Whenever we feel uneasy or it feels like all the crazy news in the world is starting to get to the core of us, we must immediately remind ourselves of being centered and staying grounded. The simplest task of focusing on your own breathing and doing so intelligently nurtures and upholds this important balance.
