Do you believe media is telling you the truth?

How do you get information? From newspapers, radio, TV, Internet perhaps. We all joke that mainstream media is bought and sold and that TV is mostly delivering state sponsored corporate propaganda.

Well, isn't it? This is how media stonewalls libertarian Ron Paul through the elections in America. And ask yourself, are they doing this to someone else?

The idea that we democratically elect officials into office are the foundation for democracy in most countries. But this is simply not the case and perhaps never has been. But it's only out of the information being spread on the Internet that we can find out what's really going on.

Right now a nuclear bomb is being built which is designed to kill the Internet as we know it. It's called ACTA.
The demise of SOPA and PIPA, as temporary as it may be,  means attention is now turning to ACTA (the Anti-Counterfeiting Trade Agreement).  ACTA is a trade agreement that has already been signed by the United States and is even worse than SOP/PIPA.  Trade Agreements do not require the same type of scrutiny that bills and laws do so ACTA was able to squeak by unnoticed. Australia, Canada, the European Union, Japan, the Republic of Korea, Mexico, Morocco, New Zealand, Singapore, Switzerland and the United States are all signatories, but pressure is already being applied to other countries to join. The EU has not yet signed ACTA but has to do so before May 2013. [source]
Protest are slowly coming but most people simply doesn't know what is happening. The international agreement is secretly being ratified and implemented around the world, and the people we've elected out of the information we've gathered from the mainstream media (as described in the video above), doesn't even want to tell you what is happening. We can not let them destroy the Internet. Help and protest!
